As part of an ongoing archival project, I unearthed old 2-track and 4 track cassette and 4 track reel to reel tapes and had them transferred to digital files I could work with. Most of those recordings covered the period from 1984-1994. I began remixing and remastering those old recordings, in some cases re-recording parts to improve the performance or sound quality. That project is finally complete and the finished tracks are available here for all to enjoy.
- Untied - this is the version from the electrophonic cassette release. Originally released as part of the Baf Ensemble cassette in 1986.
- Barbara Jo - this 2010 revision includes tracks from the original 4 track reel to reel. Originally recorded during the Baf Ensemble sessions but not used on that project. Features Steve Fleckman on tenor saxophone and trumpet.
- For Pat and Lyle - this is the version from the Illusion of Competence cassette release. Written by Peter McNutt, features Tony Edwards on drums and vibraphone.
- But I Shouldn't - remastered from the 1995 decrepitude cassette release.
- Trumpet Interlude #5 - remastered from the 1995 decrepitude cassette release. Performed by the Ken Ragsdale Orchestra, arranged by Johnny Ross.
- I've Got a Pitch Bender and I Can Play Keyboards Just Like Eddie Van Halen - this 2010 revision includes tracks from the original 4 track reel to reel. Originally part of the Baf Ensemble cassette release. Features John Taylor on drums.
- Sansamon - this 2010 revision includes tracks from the original 4 track reel to reel and updated drum, bass and keyboard tracks. Originally part of the Baf Ensemble cassette release. Features David Nather on trumpet and Steve Fleckman on fluegelhorn.
- Long Time No Body - this 2010 revision includes tracks from the original 4 track reel to reel. Originally part of the Baf Ensemble cassette release. Features John Taylor on drums and Steve Fleckman on tenor saxophone.
- The Teacher - recorded in the early 90's. Finally released as part of the Hidden Agenda: Cavalcade of Evil double CD project. Remastered in 2010.
- 10. Unrest - this is the version from the Illusion of Competence cassette release. It includes guitar and drum tracks from the Cherry Hello sessions and other parts recorded in the studio in the early 90's for the Illusion of Competence sessions.
- Average Clone - from the Cherry Hello sessions. Remixed and remastered from the original 4 track cassettes. Features Kerry Allen on bass & trumpet, John Taylor on drums, David Nather on guitar & trumpet, Jim Koughan and Chris Hartmann on trombone along with Karl and keys and vocals.
- Sexy Woman - remastered from the original reel to reel master. Originally part of the Baf Ensemble cassette release. Featuring David Nather on vocals and vacuum cleaner.
- Spring Can Really Hang You Up the Most - remixed from the original 4 track reel to reel recordings. Features Jim Koughan on trombone. Originally on the Baf Ensemble release.
- Breakin' Glass - remastered from the original recording. Originally on the Baf Ensemble release.
- Sponge - Triktrax, recorded at First Star Studio, 08-11-84. Remastered from the original 2 track. Features Rodney Lee on a superb organ solo.
